Vulnerability

I meditated in addition to being one with silence, which I do most of the time.
Vulnerability. Everyone is vulnerable. Everyone is vulnerable to a thing or two. Not even the awakened are spared.
Here are three steps we can take to grow from our vulnerabilities:
1. Acknowledge and Accept ā
Recognize your vulnerabilities without judgment. Accept them as a natural part of being human.
2. Reflect and Understand ā
Reflect on the root causes of these vulnerabilities. Understand what triggers them and how they affect your behavior and emotions.
3. Take Action ā
Develop strategies to address or cope with your vulnerabilities. This may include seeking support, practicing self-compassion, or developing new skills.
It has been a phenomenal six months for all of us. I am grateful for all my experiences. š
Iām closing out June. Iām going to explore my vulnerability/vulnerabilities in the upcoming months.
