Contemplate on the I AM!
It has been a very powerful time for all of us lately. Don’t you think so….? I do.
The energies of this universe are swirling, assimilating, separating, mixing, so on and so forth. Emotions are rampant. Average human form is acting and reacting to the energies just like an empathic person. Those that have empathy are retrieving, retreating, internalizing their paths. Good times.
The least we can do for ourselves is to remind the words of wise Thich Nhat Hanh, “If in our daily life we can smile, if we can be peaceful and happy, not only we, but everyone will profit from it. This is the most basic kind of peace work.” This is a reflection on choices we make.
Dr. Wanye Dyer reminds in words of Mark Twain who once said, “Forgiveness is the fragrance that the violet sheds on the heel that has crushed it.” That’s divine love. How true is the statement! How do you know you have stepped out of alignment from divine love? Is it when you recognize that you are not flowing with and within the flow of life OR Is it when you recognize that you are resisting the naturally occurring events OR Is it when you recognize that you are listening to an outward council than your own inward council OR Is it when you want to be right and so right that you find yourself standing to the left.
Buddha said, “Believe nothing, no matter where you read it, or who said it, no matter if I have said it, unless it agrees with your own reason and your own common sense.” I am always and always leaning towards this expression, “You must be willing to contemplate yourself.” There is much power behind this expression, and it is not mine alone but everyone’s and I am so grateful to remind myself often, that I AM who I AM and I AM that I AM. I within me sees inwardly and meditates on the I AM.
I conclude, with another reminder from Buddha, “When one has the feeling of dislike for evil, when one feels tranquil, one finds pleasure in listening to good teachings; when one has these feelings and appreciates them, one is free of fear.” At the end of the cycle of fear, it is the beginning of non-attachment. I AM free of fear. I AM non-attached.
Listen to your soul’s voice!
