Remembering to Breathe!
Holy Mother-Father God, Divine Loving Light and Heart of the Universe,
I humbly ask for the healing power of your grace to help me breathe instead of holding my breath. Allow me to release the fear that takes my breath away and replace it with faith in your protection and guidance as I work through this most challenging passage. Give me the confidence I need in order to breathe deeply and be fully present and available to life at this moment rather than braced against it, for fear of being harmed, rejected, or out of control. I thank you in advance, with my whole heart and soul, for answering my prayer, and I confidently await my inner room to breathe.

I have throughly enjoyed this prayer, reciting it over and over again. It has a degree of solace, healing within it.
PRAYERS work!
If you believe in prayers, you must utilize them for your own well being. They are a dialogue between you and GOD. Prayers can be personalized to a great extent. When people pray they often lace them with conditionality and expectations, which in turn can be painful. I would recommend to “trust” in GOD’s will and pray with a theme, scenario, condition, free of – bargain, barter, trading etc. and “see it answered.”
You are a powerful co-creator, your words cannot be denied or left unfulfilled, be wise when you put your prayers out.
As a spiritualist, I believe to complete our prayers with, “I will do my part”, taking personal responsibility and ownership about being part of the process. Your part could be as simple as it says in the above quote, just remember to breathe.
