Just be…in the moment.

Yesterday as I returned home from work.. I was doing a happy dance.. I was surprised.. I said, “What for?”.. No Reason said my soul… I replied, What the heck and continued the happy dance. I understood I was co-mingling with universal energies of gratitude that made me dance.

Everyday deserves a happy dance. Every moment holds an opportunity towards expression of great thanks.

What we choose is our prerogative.
