Lack, There is none!

Have you ever found yourself saying, if I had that I would do this, if I had this I would be more, if I was doing this that would be better… I find myself doing that so often.

In our universe, there is no such thing as “LACK”. At least it is not out there. What we think lack is, transpires from many years of negative reinforcement. You cannot do this because…. You won’t make it because…. You should not try it because….. does these phrases sound familiar? Yeah, of course! I find myself saying these to myself so often. However, I remind myself of this beautiful quote, “Because of lack of moral principle, human life becomes worthless. Moral principle, truthfulness, is a key factor. If we lose that, then there is no future.” – Dalai Lama

When we grow with a nurturing approach as a kid around the ages of 5-6 years of age, our brain allows us to connect everything with that constructive thinking, positive reinforcement. Any habit that is formed around that time, any personality traits formed around that time, grow further as we age, we simply reinforce and mold those conditions around us.

I have to say, overcoming a sense of lack, is very freeing like this quote expresses, “When you realize there is no lacking, the whole world belongs to you.” – Lao Tzu. I have found over years and I have seen others do this too. Once we get the slight taste of our self-worth, we are zapped with a constructive sense of ourself. One aspect, one shift, one positive change has the power within it to move and change several aspects of our life.

Love for self is primarily what we seek all along. The need to love, the desire to be loved, the want to share with love. It does not matter if we were Kuber, the mythological god of fortune, we can bet there is someone who may have something against him. See what we must recognize is the we have the ability to love all along. “You are loved just for being who you are, just for existing. You don’t have to do anything to earn it. Your shortcomings, your lack of self-esteem, physical perfection, or social and economic success – none of that matters. No one can take this love away from you, and it will always be here.” – Ram Dass. This is the key to everything. I must program, train, coach, encourage to love myself regardless of what social, economical parameter I gets defined with, because the true measurement of my worth is my own ability to love myself.

How to get to this freeing, worthy, pure positive state of existence? Stop the wanting, needing, desiring to identify, measured upon, classification on someone else’s measuring grid. Follow this quote that reminds us an important value, “Be content with what you have; rejoice in the way things are. When you realize there is nothing lacking, the whole world belongs to you.” – Lao Tzu. Contentment does not stop expansion, it rather has a greater allowance of expansion as it says I accept where I am and this feels good, and as I know what feels good, I am willing, open and ready to receive more and more and more and more, and when there is receiving of more and more and more, the expansion happens on its own accord.

Start now, claim your expansion, by saying I love where I am and I will start from here.
